Product Designer I - UX

The Product Designer I will create user experiences for AI agents, focusing on storytelling and problem-solving. They will work closely with product and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Use personas and a narrative to story-tell the problem to solve and its solution
- Extract requirements from customer pain points
- Conduct user, customer, and SME interviews
- Clearly document knowledge, existing workflows, and pain points gained from user, customer, and SME interviews
- Solve product/user problems utilizing user-centered design thinking
Requirements
- Passing completion of UX coursework
- Portfolio must tell human stories, demonstrate ability to assess a problem, show work of problem-solving, and communicate design solution
- Minimum 2 years experience with UX, design, architecture or similar field experience
- Clear demonstration of ability to empathize with user
- Experience with agile design and development practices and user-centered design thinking
