Sr. UI/UX Designer - Design Systems

As a Design System Lead, you will drive the strategic evolution of the design system and ensure its adoption across products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design consistency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic evolution of the design system, ensuring it scales effectively across products and platforms
• Define, document, and maintain core design principles and reusable patterns, promoting consistency, accessibility, and efficiency
• Own and manage design system libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date, well-documented, and aligned with brand and product needs

Requirements

• Systems thinking and design leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and evolving design system components, tokens, and documentation
• Strong portfolio of design systems work, including examples of governance models and measurable impact
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and user-centred design methodologies
