Senior Product Designer

Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to launch, ensuring that user and business goals are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design from discovery to launch, defining problems, exploring concepts, prototyping, and delivering polished UI
• Develop design strategies that align with product objectives and key metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership, framing tradeoffs, telling compelling customer stories, and building alignment
• Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, pairing, and modeling best-in-class craft and process

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end work
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Hands-on experience with experimentation, including defining hypotheses and designing A/B or multivariate tests
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
