Lead the entire design lifecycle from discovery through launch, managing deadlines and stakeholder alignment. Collaborate with AI and Engineering teams to translate AI/ML outputs into user experiences that support clinical decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire design lifecycle, driving projects from discovery through launch
- Define Strategic Platform Vision, solving ambiguous and complex issues
- Drive architectural UI choices by an informed and robust information architecture map
- Partner closely with AI and Engineering to leverage and translate AI/ML algorithm output
- Autonomously plan and conduct extensive user research with representative users
- Work closely with Engineering & Product Management teams to understand technical constraints
- Participate proactively in use-related risk analyses and pursue design solutions that reduce or eliminate risk
- Actively contribute to and steward the evolution of the Cleerly Design System
Requirements
- 12+ years of professional experience in Product Design
- Demonstrated excellence in Product Design Craft
- Past experience creating user experiences that integrate AI/ML models
- Proven ability to own complex product initiatives from concept to launch
- Proven expertise in planning, conducting, and synthesizing complex user research
- Expert proficiency with Figma, design systems, and familiarity with user research tools

Benefits
- Base salary range: $218,000 - $228,000
- Total Target Compensation (TTC) range: $219,000 - $250,000
- 15% target annual bonus
