Product Designer - Senior Associate

Lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Communicate complex information using various design tools and iterate designs based on user research findings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end design initiatives to align with product deadlines
- Communicate complex information using interaction design tools
- Apply, maintain, and build upon design systems to ensure consistent designs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, subject matter experts, copywriters, legal, and executive leaders
Requirements
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
- 3 + years of work experience in the design field
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and presentation software such as Figma and Keynote
