Senior Product Designer, Lifecycle

As a Senior Product Designer, you will design exceptional end-to-end customer experiences and rapidly prototype innovative concepts. You will partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex customer journeys and leverage AI developments.

Responsibilities

• Design exceptional end-to-end early customer experiences based on qualitative and quantitative data
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on innovative concepts to validate hypotheses
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex customer journeys and leverage emerging developments in AI
• Engage with customers to develop a thorough understanding of their needs and pain points
• Collaborate with other teams to untangle complex technical and user experience dependencies
• Deliver high-quality designs and specs to clearly communicate product design requirements

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Experience driving work focused on onboarding, activation, and/or expansion
• Demonstrated ability to ship features with a high bar for craft and leverage AI in the design process
• Effective communication and documentation skills
• Ability to build effective partnerships with engineering, product, and other cross-functional partners
