Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality designs and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and maintain design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers
- Incorporate accessibility standards and user research insights into design decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design
- Expert-level mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
