Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring high-quality designs and prototypes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product direction and maintain design consistency across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UI design process for web and mobile applications, from initial concept to final developer hand-off
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes (using Figma) to demonstrate complex animations and transitions
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define product direction and ensure technical feasibility
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in UX or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital projects
- Expert-level mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript) to facilitate smooth developer hand-offs
