Staff Product Designer

As a Staff Product Designer, you will take high-level product ideas from conception through execution across web and mobile, defining design quality and vision for the pro-facing mobile app. You will also mentor product designers and implement design tools and processes to build a high-functioning design team.
Responsibilities
- Take high-level product ideas from conception through execution, across web and mobile
- Play a key role in defining design quality and vision of our pro-facing mobile app
- Implement the design tools and processes needed to build the foundation of a high functioning, world-class design team
- Mentor our team of product designers
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of Product Design across web and mobile
- AI enthusiast with knowledge of the latest AI technology
- Leadership Experience with prior experience setting and delivering on a strategy
- Technical proficiency with mastery of Figma and comfortable with frontend engineering frameworks

- Base salary range: $200,000 - $240,000
