Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own and evolve core mobile workflows for property teams, ensuring they are effective under real-world constraints. They will also co-author a clear mobile product experience vision and drive improvements across product boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core mobile workflows used daily by maintenance and property teams in the field
- Develop a deep understanding of how maintenance technicians, asset managers, and property managers actually work
- Design, prototype, test, and iterate quickly using high-fidelity mobile prototypes
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define meaningful mobile UX metrics
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in product design
- Strong product instincts and high personal standards for quality, outcomes, and pace
- Proven experience owning end-to-end mobile product design in complex, real-world environments
