Responsibilities
- Shape visual design across the product, establishing and evolving how Outtake looks and feels
- Design complex UIs that make dense intelligence data feel navigable and actionable
- Partner closely with the founding designer, engineering, and product to ship fast and iterate based on real user feedback
- Contribute to UX decisions and product strategy
- Build, extend, and maintain design systems that scale
- Engage directly with customers and their feedback to ground your work in real problems
Requirements
- 2-5 years of product design experience, ideally at early-stage or high-growth companies
- Strong visual design instincts
- Comfort with complex, atypical interfaces
- Fundamentally product-minded
- Low ego, with ability to give and receive feedback openly
- Ability to move fast and iterate, shipping v1s and improving from there
