You will lead design initiatives by creating user experiences for the platform and making strategic design decisions based on user research. Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers, you will translate concepts into wireframes and high-quality design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives by researching, conceiving, wire-framing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to existing and new functions and features
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes
- Translate concepts into wireframes and high-quality design deliverables
- Work closely with developers to address design implementation challenges
Requirements
- Overall 5+ years of relevant experience working as a UX designer
- 4+ years of experience working on B2B SaaS products/platforms, and complex enterprise platforms
- 2+ years of experience working on AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI related products
- Hands-on and proficient in interaction design, user testing, and user research techniques
