
The Lead Product Designer will understand product specifications and identify user interactions throughout various journeys. They will conduct usability testing and collaborate with teams to create intuitive software.
Responsibilities
- Understands product specifications and identifies user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys
- Conducts remote and on-site usability testing with real users
- Develops wireframes and task flows based on user needs
- Works collaboratively with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers and project managers
- Creates and iterates core UX design deliverables
- Keeps abreast of competitor products and industry trends
