Lead the design of impactful and engaging experiences across desktop, mobile web, and native applications. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure user needs are prioritized in design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects, driving the end-to-end design process for new and existing features
- Conduct user research and translate insights into user flows, wireframes, interaction specs, prototypes, and partner with a Senior UI Designer to deliver dev-ready designs
- Champion and facilitate design thinking workshops and methodologies to drive innovative solutions
- Design inspiring solutions that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and elevate the overall shopping experience
- Leverage analytics, usability testing, and user feedback to refine and enhance designs
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in design research, hypothesis development, prototyping, and testing
- 4+ years of experience in UX design building wireframes, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, and other mockups
- Strong analytical skills
- Leadership experience required with proven expertise in UX design and research fields
- Fluency in industry tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com
