
The Product Designer will partner with business and product teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation while ensuring user needs align with business objectives. They will create and validate design solutions through various methods, including wireframes and prototypes, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Solve Real Problems: Partner with business and product teams to uncover opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- User-centric approach: Dive deep into user research, analyzing context, motivations, and behaviors to inform design decisions that genuinely resonate with our audience.
- Design and validate: Generate multiple design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Build with systems in mind: Contribute to and leverage our design system, working with our component library to create scalable, consistent experiences.
- Bring products to life: Whether building from 0-1 or refining existing experiences, you'll craft solutions with meticulous attention to detail—nothing escapes your eye.
- Stay technologically curious: Embrace a tech-forward mindset, experimenting with emerging tools and technologies to push the boundaries of what's possible in product design.
- Collaborate across functions: Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring design quality, consistency, and alignment with company goals.
- Evolve continuously: Keep pace with industry trends and innovations, constantly refining your craft and our design processes.
- Communicate with impact: Present design concepts to stakeholders at all levels—from management to clients—while providing thoughtful feedback to your design peers.
- Get your hands dirty: Investigate complex product issues reported by customers, understanding problems from the ground up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Art, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of UX/UI or Product Design experience in product companies
- A portfolio demonstrating products you've designed and launched with real market/business value
- Proven experience redesigning or improving live product experiences
- English proficiency at the B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
- An obsessive eye for detail that ensures pixel-perfect execution
