The Junior Graphic Designer will create digital assets for various platforms and support the development of brand guidelines. They will also assist in producing illustrations and contribute ideas to creative discussions.
Responsibilities
- Create digital assets for social media, paid social, email campaigns, blog posts, websites, and app environments
- Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
- Assist in producing illustrations, icons, infographics, and simple animations where required
- Adapt existing designs for different formats, platforms, and brand needs
- Contribute ideas to creative discussions and marketing initiatives
- Undertake basic image editing, retouching, and resizing
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver on the brief
Requirements
- Portfolio showcasing strong design fundamentals (typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Experience designing for social media or consumer-facing digital products
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
