
Senior Graphic Designer (Libra - Legal AI Assistant) (m/f/d)

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead creative execution for Libraâs marketing output across various channels, ensuring a consistent brand presence. They will design campaign assets, email marketing materials, and print designs while collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution for Libraâs marketing output across digital and physical channels
- Design campaign assets end-to-end (concept â execution) for paid/social, web, email, partnerships, and product launches
- Create email marketing designs and templates (newsletters, nurture sequences, announcements)
- Develop print and event designs including brochures, flyers, pitch materials, roll-ups, merchandise, booth branding, signage, and presentations
- Contribute to OOH and large-format designs (billboards, posters, transit ads), including production-ready layouts and handover files
- Ensure strong art direction and visual storytelling
- Evolve and maintain Libraâs brand identity and design system for marketing: templates, guidelines, and scalable asset creation
- Collaborate with performance marketing on high-converting ad creatives, constantly testing variations and iterating based on insights
- Work closely with external partners (freelancers, printers, production vendors) and manage files for seamless execution and delivery
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design / brand design
- A strong portfolio (website or PDF) showcasing campaign work, marketing assets, and brand craft across digital + print
- Proven experience designing marketing and sales enablement materials, including multi-format campaign systems
- Confidence in Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); motion skills are a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
