
Packaging Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will design packaging and print materials while ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance. They will also prepare final files for production and collaborate with various teams to support packaging initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design packaging and print materials across formats including primary and secondary packaging, promotional kits, and merchandising collateral
- Translate creative direction into compelling, accurate, on-brand visuals that align with functional, regulatory, and retailer requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials by following brand guidelines and production specs
- Develop high-quality print-ready files and adapt packaging designs for size, structure, and format variations, including merchandising displays
Requirements
- Proven professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on retail packaging and print for in-store and online
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), with a solid understanding of pre-press workflows and packaging production standards
- Demonstrated ability to design within brand, regulatory, and retailer specifications, including dielines, compliance content, and supplier guidelines
Key Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency across visual assets
- Experience preparing production-ready, press-accurate files for supplier handoff
- Comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams including creative, digital marketing, regulatory, brand, and supply chain
