The Senior Graphic Designer will develop high-impact creative solutions across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. They will also lead art direction for video and photography shoots and oversee the development of e-commerce assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact creative solutions across digital, print, retail, and experiential platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth
- Uphold and refine brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints through well-executed design systems and scalable templates
- Lead art direction for video and photography shoots, delivering dynamic, on-brand content that resonates with diverse audiences while adhering to budget parameters
- Oversee the development of e-commerce assets, including product imagery, digital campaigns, packaging, and promotional materials, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
- Craft compelling visual narratives that translate strategic objectives into engaging, consumer-centric storytelling
- Partner with UX designers, engineers, and marketers to optimize digital experiences through thoughtful design and seamless functionality
- Mentor and support junior designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team
- Continuously explore emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to push creative boundaries and maintain a competitive edge
- Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring all projects meet brand standards, deadlines, and budget constraints without compromising innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldâor equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in 360 campaigns, digital and print media, art direction for photo and video, and editorial layout
- Ability to balance creative excellence with business objectives, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining high-quality output
- Strong conceptual thinker with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with advanced knowledge of Figma
- Deep understanding of visual culture, emerging design trends, and brand storytelling
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive creative solutions under pressure
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of presenting design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams
