
Product Designer

The Product Designer will support the team from prototyping to production, crafting workflows and interfaces. They will facilitate collaborative design activities and ensure user engagement in the design process.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the tactical needs of the team from prototyping to production and testing
- Facilitating collaborative design activities to engage users and the wider team
- Using research and insight to inform design decisions
- Working with the development team to ensure a design/experiential perspective is factored into delivery
- Refining and improving the usability, usage and engagement of existing solutions
- Championing a customer-centric approach to design and development
Requirements
- Experience working in complex domains in the SaaS B2B space
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a user-centered design process
- Experience working in cross-functional, agile teams
- A solid understanding of evaluative research methods (qualitative and quantitative)
- Experience with UI design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma)

Benefits
- Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 negotiable dependent on experience
