The Product Designer will support product design across core UI/UX flows and design marketing and growth assets. They will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Product Marketing to ensure high-quality design and fast iteration.
Responsibilities
- Support product design across core UI/UX flows such as intake, dashboards, scheduling, and results, from wireframes through high-fidelity designs
- Design marketing and growth assets across web, email, social, decks, event collateral, and paid ads, with fast iteration and strong visual taste
- Implement and iterate on landing pages using tools like Framer (or similar), working closely with Product Marketing leadership
- Maintain and extend the Peak Health design system, including components, templates, and brand consistency across product and marketing surfaces
- Partner closely with Engineering and Growth to ship quickly, ensuring clean Figma handoffs, tight feedback loops, and QA-level polish
- Improve conversion through design by iterating on landing pages, funnels, visual storytelling, and information hierarchy
Requirements
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences for web or mobile products
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including component systems and design libraries
- Ability to move seamlessly from wireframes to high-fidelity mocks
- Strong visual and UI design skills with a high bar for polish and clarity
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers, including clean handoffs and iteration during implementation
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with rapid feedback cycles
- Product mindset: ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
