UX designer til TDC Erhverv (Barselsvikar)

Conduct user research, interviews, and tests to understand the needs and behaviors of business customers. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-up designs that support intuitive and effective user journeys.

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research, interviews, and tests to understand business customer needs and behavior
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-up designs to support intuitive and effective user journeys
• Evaluating and improving existing solutions based on user feedback and data
• Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure solutions are both user-friendly and business-supporting
• Contributing new ideas and following the latest trends in UX and UI

Requirements

• Solid experience with UX research and UX/UI design
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma
• Good collaboration skills, positive and constructive approach to new challenges
• Relevant education in digital design, interactive technologies, or similar
• Fluent in Danish and English
