As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead UX for the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management platform, focusing on transforming contracts into connected, data-driven experiences. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to solve complex problems efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design, from discovery to delivery
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows
- Translate requirements and AI capabilities into intuitive, accessible interfaces
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews
- Run customer workshops and validate solutions through rapid prototyping
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX or Interaction Design
- Experience designing complex B2B/enterprise products
- Strong facilitation and design-thinking skills
- Proficiency with Figma or similar tools
- Experience with WCAG-compliant design and user research
