UX Designer
Personetics 🇮🇱 Tel-Aviv, Tel Aviv Subdistrict, Israel
The UX Designer will take part in the end-to-end design process for core product areas, creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. They will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and advocate for user-first design principles.
Responsibilities
- Take key part in the end-to-end design process for core product areas, from concept to delivery
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that enhance the customer experience
- Create detailed final design specs that inspire accurate developer builds
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design strategies and ensure seamless implementation
- Advocate for user-first design principles, driving innovation in B2B2C financial experiences
- Maintain & add to the existing design system
- Facilitate ideation and discovery workshops to refine product ideas and solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital product design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes and impactful solutions
- Proven track record of working on B2C products, preferably in web & mobile environments
- Proficient in Figma (Auto layout, Components, Variables, etc...) & high-fidelity prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hebrew), with the ability to articulate design decisions and champion user-centric thinking
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams, and demonstrating a collaborative and iterative design process
