Senior Product Designer - UX/UI Team

As a Senior Product Designer, you will own the entire user experience, transforming user insights into powerful products. You will design core flows, lead research, and mentor fellow designers.

Responsibilities

• Design the core flows, wireframes, and interaction mockups that form the basis for our UI Designers
• Lead the full research lifecycle, from planning user studies and facilitating workshops to synthesizing insights that directly shape our product roadmap
• Act as the design authority within product teams, building strong partnerships with PMs and engineers to turn vision into reality
• Mentor fellow designers and help scale our design practices, from research operations to process improvements
• Design agentic experiences, integrating LLMs into our products and building generative AI capabilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in B2B tooling
• Proven ability to lead design in cross-functional teams and own end-to-end projects
• Strong skills in interface design and usability principles
• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate the rationale behind design decisions

Key Skills

• Proficiency with Figma (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Hotjar and Monday is a plus
• Experience conducting customer interviews and user tests
