Design end-to-end user experiences for complex product workflows and collaborate closely with various teams to shape product decisions. Participate in user research activities and iterate on solutions based on user feedback and technical constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for complex product workflows, from problem framing to delivery, with support from the design team
- Translate business, operational, and technical constraints into clear, usable UX solutions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, CustOps, and fellow designers to shape product decisions
- Participate in user research activities: interviews, usability testing, field observations, and workshops
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs aligned with the design system
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or in a similar role
- Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, information architecture, interaction design, usability principles
- Solid UI sensibility with attention to hierarchy, clarity, and consistency
- Comfortable working on complex, data-rich interfaces (B2B experience is a plus)
Key Skills
- Experience with user research methods, or a strong interest in developing these skills
- Curiosity and appetite for using AI tools within the design process
- Ability to critically assess AI outputs and integrate them responsibly into design decisions
- Team-oriented mindset: collaborative, open to feedback, and eager to learn
- Experience with design tools such as Figma (or equivalent)
