Responsibilities
- Lead Product Design Initiatives: owning and driving the design of major product features and user flows from concept through launch
- Design & Own High-Impact Product Experiences: leading the design of core product surfaces and key user journeys
- Drive User-Centered Design Strategy: designing and iterating with clear hypotheses tied to user outcomes and product metrics
- Act as a Cross-Functional Design Partner: collaborating deeply with Engineering and GTM to shape initiatives from early discovery through execution
- Raise Design Quality & Mentorship: mentoring junior designers, establishing best practices for design execution, critique, and iteration
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in product design roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex product design projects
- Deep understanding of UX, interaction design, and designing for technical workflows
- Ability to operate autonomously and lead initiatives in ambiguous problem spaces
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
