You will lead the design of the next-generation interface for the Airtame app, ensuring a seamless experience across various platforms. Additionally, you will improve error handling and manage the component library to enhance UI consistency.
Responsibilities
- Unify the Ecosystem: leading the design of the next-generation interface, creating a seamless visual and functional thread that connects Web, Mobile, and Desktop experiences
- Humanize the Edge Cases: improving error and recovery handling, guiding the user with clarity and calm
- Scale Airtame UI: taking ownership of the component library, ensuring developers can build consistent, high-quality flows
- Mature the Discovery Process: establishing a rhythm of user research and testing, validating problems before writing code
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing complex digital products
- Experience with native Desktop apps (Mac/Windows) is a big plus
- Ability to lead the entire lifecycle of design, from research to delivering pixel-perfect UI assets
- Ability to explain complex interaction models to stakeholders
- Strong eye for aesthetics, with a focus on clarity
- Experience managing company-wide design systems with Figma or similar design tools
