Senior Product Designer - Mission Driven AI Startup

You will own the entire product design function, working directly with the CEO and Tech Lead to shape product strategy through user research. Your role includes managing subscription and retention KPIs, conducting user research, and driving product experience development.
Responsibilities
- Own subscription and retention KPIs
- Run Continuous Discovery with neurodivergent families and organisations
- Run experiments to test assumptions
- Synthesise research data into actionable insights
- Drive product experience development
- Design flow level User Experience
- Design User Interface for accessible desktop and mobile experiences
- Manage our design system, component library and brand book
- Document acceptance criteria for engineers
Requirements
- Solid understanding of behavioural psychology
- Senior product design experience with strong portfolio
- User research experience
- Mobile app design experience
- Expert Figma skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for a minimum 2 days per week in our Bristol office
