Junior Graphic Designer | Production Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will produce and adapt graphic assets based on existing creative concepts and prepare final artwork for print and digital production. They will ensure brand consistency and technical precision while collaborating with various teams to meet project deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Produce and adapt graphic assets based on existing creative concepts
- Resize, reformat, and localize assets for multiple platforms and regions
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital production
- Follow brand guidelines for all brands and maintain a keen eye for detail
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, printers, and freelancers when necessary
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a production-focused graphic design role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset requirements
- Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Portfolio demonstrating production expertise in a wide range of digital and print formats
