The Junior Graphic Designer will adapt and implement creative masters across various touchpoints, both offline and online. They will collaborate with creative teams to ensure materials align with received briefs and assist in updating internal presentations.
Responsibilities
- Adapt and decline master creatives on different touchpoints (offline and digital)
- Make graphic changes to existing materials
- Prepare prints and digital assets
- Collaborate with creative teams and account teams to create coherent materials
- Contribute to the update of internal presentations and materials
- Interface with area team coordinators for operational activity planning and management
- Work closely with project managers to understand and translate briefs into effective visual outputs
- Collaborate daily with art directors, copywriters, and other designers on the creative team
Requirements
- Velocity of execution and respect for deadlines are fundamental
- Attention to detail and maximum precision in the outputs produced
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Ability to work in a team and receive feedback
- Basic knowledge of printing processes and main techniques of nobilitation (die-cutting, embossing, etc.)
- Correct preparation of files for printing: management of bleed, trim, safety margins, color profiles (CMYK, Pantone), resolutions, and formats
Key Skills
- Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
