The Senior Product Designer will develop and execute employee experience solutions for online applications and manage the UX and UI design from concept to completion. They will also lead projects, analyze complex designs, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute employee experience solutions for online applications and experiences
- Manage the UX and UI design, creation, and production of experience elements
- Conduct research and analyze user data to inform design decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
Requirements
- 4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design experience
- Deep knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG guidelines
- Strong proficiency in UX/UI design principles
- Experience with AI-driven design tools
- Ability to influence and mentor teams of design specialists
