Hybrid $90,000 - $110,000 Full-time Lead
The Lead Product Designer will translate high-level objectives into actionable UX strategies and take full ownership of their domain. They will drive research to uncover user insights, design user experiences, and prototype and test solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX design projects from research to launch
- Conduct user research and analyze user data
- Design and prototype new product features and experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development
Requirements
- Significant experience in UX/UI and UX research
- Strong understanding of UX design principles
- Ability to drive research and design projects independently
- Experience with UX design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Maze
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
