The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with Lead Designers to design and scale AI-driven experiences across various platforms. They will also identify overlapping efforts and streamline user flows to improve design quality.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Lead Designers to design and scale AI-driven experiences across all surfaces
- Look across all AI workstreams to identify overlapping efforts, streamline user flows, and improve design quality
- Design clear, accessible, and consistent UX patterns that support AI features
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, User Experience Design, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of work in complex systems, platforms or AI-enhanced products
- Proven ability to bring clarity and cohesion to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
