Product Designer

The product designer will lead and deliver design projects, transforming broad ideas into valuable user experiences for over 2 billion users. They will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to oversee the user experience from conception to launch.
Responsibilities
- Leads and delivers design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion+ users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of FB products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience designing complex software products, end to end, with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting complex research studies and driving business growth through design-led innovation
