The Senior Product Designer will own and drive the user research roadmap for Mailgun, ensuring insights inform product direction and decisions. This role involves planning and leading research activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality design execution.
Responsibilities
- Own and help drive the user research roadmap for Mailgun, ensuring insights directly inform product direction and roadmap decisions
- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative research across the full customer lifecycle
- Conduct a range of research activities, including customer interviews, usability testing, concept validation, survey design, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking
Requirements
- Significant experience as a Senior Product Designer working on complex SaaS or developer-focused products
- Strong background in user research, including designing and leading research programs aligned to business and growth goals
- Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools, with deep expertise in Figma
