Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will translate value propositions into user experiences, ensuring clarity and consistency throughout the customer journey. They will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance lead management and optimize conversion rates.
Responsibilities
- Translate proposal of value into experience, ensuring clarity, consistency, and trust throughout the funnel
- Design and evolve the experience of lead management, including capture, qualification, enrichment of context, and routing for self-service or commercial approach
- Conduct cycles of prototyping and validation to guide design decisions with evidence
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Designer working with PM and Engineering, conducting end-to-end design
- Experience in growth-focused teams, onboarding flows, activation funnels, or PLG environments
- Familiarity with design systems, pattern libraries, and accessibility principles
