The Senior Product Designer will lead design on the Delivery Team, focusing on creating an intuitive courier app and tools for delivery management. They will also shape end-to-end delivery workflows and leverage AI to enhance design and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design a courier app that guides couriers through complex workflows
- Build tools for delivery management, including interactive maps and live dashboards
- Shape end-to-end delivery workflows, applying service design thinking and user research
- Leverage AI to design and implement AI-powered solutions for customers and internal tools
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Strong full-stack design skills
- Proven track record of building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with designing complex data-driven applications and mobile apps
