Principal Product Designer

The Principal Product Designer will lead design for impactful consumer experiences, focusing on onboarding, discovery, and event exploration. This role involves end-to-end design processes, from problem definition to shipping and iterating solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve core consumer journeys across onboarding, discovery, search, event exploration, and decision-making
- Deeply understand customers through qualitative research, quantitative data, and behavioral insights
- Lead ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces, framing opportunities and defining experience direction from first principles
- Design high-quality UI and UX, from early concepts and prototypes to polished, production-ready designs
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data to bring ideas to life and ensure high-quality execution
Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Proven success designing for activation, conversion, and complex decision-making flows
- Strong end-to-end design skills
- Experience shipping and iterating on data- or AI-informed product features in production
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data partners on technically complex products
