Senior Graphic Designer, AI Focus

The Senior Graphic Designer will integrate AI into graphic design processes, optimizing workflows and enhancing creativity. They will also lead training on AI tools and collaborate with various teams to implement AI-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Support AI-driven initiatives and help identify areas where AI can enhance graphic design processes
- Research and recommend AI tools to integrate into graphic design workflows
- Lead development of AI training courses pertaining to graphic design
- Lead training sessions on AI tools and continuously develop skills to leverage these tools effectively
- Develop RAG bots that enable custom graphic design solutions or input for solutions
- Work with product development, CSI, Marketing, and R&D teams to integrate AI-driven graphic design insights into various projects
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in graphic design, art, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in a creative/graphic design position, and/or executing digital commercial assets for email, websites, and social media
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Firefly, XD, and Experience Manger, and Workfront
- Highly detail-oriented and passionate about design, with a solid understanding of industry trends and marketplace
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
