The Graphic Designer or Senior Graphic Designer will develop creative solutions to design and business challenges while collaborating with marketing teams. They will also assist in leading projects and contribute to defining the visual identity of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative solutions to design and business challenges
- Perform market research to support marketing and branding initiatives
- Contribute unique ideas and insights to elevate design work
- Assist with leading projects
- Help lead various marketing initiatives, like conferences and booths, webinars, and event planning
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing objectives
Requirements
- 3 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong skills in print and digital design
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, etc.
- Ability to learn Raftelis branding and design standards and the production process for proposals and other materials
- Capability with digital tools (web design, CMS, video, social media, and email marketing)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
