The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling design assets across print and digital channels while ensuring brand consistency. This role involves collaboration with the marketing team to produce designs that enhance the organization's visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Creating compelling, on-brand design assets across print and digital channels, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring brand consistency throughout the company’s communications
- Working closely with the marketing team to produce designs that create generous and remarkable materials from pre-press through completion
- Maintaining the visual image and standards of the organization
- Ensuring safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards are followed at all times
Requirements
- A minimum of 4-7 years of related experience
- Ability to provide strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design
- Understanding of digital ad specifications, responsive design, and basic UX principles
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma or similar tools
- Solid foundational visual design skills – e.g., typography, layout, color, and information hierarchy
- Illustration skills are a plus
