The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and design internal communications materials for Lennar Associates, including logos, newsletters, and training materials. They will also manage design projects to ensure they meet strategic objectives and brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and manage the design of original logos, branded materials and digital and printed internal communications materials
- Lead the development and design of operational guides and playbooks for corporate and business divisions
- Foster strong cross-functional relationships across Lennar teams and business units
- Provide high quality creative solutions and consultation for Associates throughout the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Strong background and experience in corporate/company branding or internal communications
- 3-5 years related experience in graphic design, packaging design, corporate brand and identities
- Portfolio of previous design work showcasing creative and innovative design concepts and logos
Key Skills
- Proficiency with Mac and Adobe Creative tools
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, work ethic and interpersonal skills
