Senior Graphic Designer, Visual Merchandising & Packaging Design

You will lead the design and development of innovative packaging and in-store experiences. This role blends hands-on creative execution with cross-functional collaboration to bring new product launches and campaigns to life.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and development of innovative, brand-elevating packaging and in-store experiences across major US and global retailers
- Designing and executing 2D graphics for in-store environments, including endcaps, shelf trays, signage, seasonal displays, PDQs, and bespoke retail fixtures
- Translating brand strategy, campaigns, and product launches into retail-ready designs aligned with retailer guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, and packaging/print design, ideally in beauty or CPG
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating retail displays and large-format print production
- Deep understanding of retail environments, fixture integration, and graphic storytelling
