Web Designer - Direct Acquisition

The role involves owning and managing the visual identity of the customer-facing website, ensuring it aligns with the brand and supports conversion strategies. The designer will also collaborate with various teams to create and implement reusable components and templates in Webflow.
Responsibilities
- Drive the site's visual identity
- Lead the evolution of our website design system
- Design and implement reusable components and templates for Webflow
- Collaborate with the Senior Website Owner and other channel owners to design pages, components, and visual assets
- Tap into the community of iwoca designers and frontend engineers to work on solutions and develop skill set
Requirements
- Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems and components
- Understanding of how to apply a component system consistently across a site
- Creative thinking for responsive layouts, components, and interactions
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with front-end development, including HTML and CSS
- Proficiency designing in Figma
