Senior Product Designer
Teksystems Remote (šŗšø Detroit, Michigan, United States of America)
The Senior Product Designer will lead design efforts across mobile and web products, as well as enterprise design systems. They will produce polished screen designs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for design system thinking.
Responsibilities
- Produce highly polished screen designs that follow UX and UI best practices
- Participate in working sessions with clients and present original work
- Work closely with other disciplines to translate their deliverables into designs
- Openness to feedback from Managers, Directors, and colleagues from other disciplines
- Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise-grade design systems that scale across products and platforms
- Build and maintain advanced Figma libraries using best practices for auto layout, variables, interactive components, and design tokens
Requirements
- 5 or more years of design experience in an in-house product or design systems team, consultancy, or agency
- Work examples that demonstrate high-fidelity designs, strategic design thinking, and complex problem solving
- Exceptional visual design skills, such as typography, color, and layout
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and responsive design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Eye for detail and high personal standards
