Product Designer, Fraud & Risk

The Product Designer will ship user-friendly experiences for developers and collaborate closely with engineers and product managers throughout the design process. They will also advocate for users and contribute to the design culture within the team.

Responsibilities

• Shipping delightful and easy-to-use experiences for developers
• Closely collaborating with engineers and product managers, from planning through execution
• Being a tireless advocate for the users and user-centered processes
• Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel perfect prototypes with delightful interactions
• Ability to develop insights into customer behavior from both qualitative and quantitative information
• Joining a team of experienced designers and contributing to our design culture through collaboration, presenting work, and sharing feedback

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in creating and shipping quality digital products
• Producing high-quality work from wireframes and user flows to pixel perfect prototypes with delightful interactions
• Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view about design
• Proven record of collaboration to support and influence the team’s direction, vision, and planning of deliverables
• Ability to tie designs to business needs, goals, and metrics
• Having a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs
