Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to conduct concept discussions and translate business requirements into user-friendly designs
- Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead in design trends and best practices
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI designs
- Design intuitive, scalable, and delightful user experiences tailored for both mobile and web-based platforms
- Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across multiple screen sizes
- Maintain, document, and share a robust and coherent design system with cross-functional teams
- Share full Figma designs, facilitate design discussions, and gather feedback from product, engineering, and business teams
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in UX/UI design, at least 2 years
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience in creating pixel-perfect designs suitable for various devices and screen resolutions
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and share design systems
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices and design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating practical design experience
