- Drive the development and improvement of the design system
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex projects
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Experience in leading user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide junior designers
- Understanding of enterprise software design challenges and best practices
