The Product Designer will shape and define the user experience of the platform, turning complex supply chain concepts into clear and intuitive interfaces. They will also establish design standards and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
Responsibilities
- Help shape and define the user experience of a fast growing product
- Turn complex supply chain concepts into clear and intuitive interfaces
- Establish and evolve design standards, patterns, and documentation
- Develop a deep understanding of modelling and simulation paradigms
- Define and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction language across the platform
- Contribute to building a culture of design excellence and product innovation
Requirements
- 3+ years in a B2B product designer role, working closely with product managers and engineering teams
- A well-crafted portfolio which demonstrates thoughtful work with real impact
- Experience designing data-intensive, analytical web applications within a technical domain
- Excellent communicator who builds strong relationships across the organisation
- Experience running or contributing to user research, usability testing, and discovery work
Key Skills
- Strong product design skills
- Experience with design tools such as Figma and Miro
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
